Brexit Party and the European Parliament

I take it that the Brexit Party elected members will NOT take their seats in the European Parliament?
Just as the Sein Fein members do NOT take their seats in the UK Parliament.

However I do understand that Farage was a hyprocrite, took the salary and seldom turned up.
